A very rare sestertius of Macrinus

Macrinus, 217-218. Sestertius (Orichalcum, 32 mm, 25.00 g, 1 h), Rome, spring-summer 217. IMP CAES M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG Laureate and cuirassed bust of Macrinus to right. Rev. PONTIF MAX TR P P P / S - C Felicitas standing front, head to left, holding long caduceus in her right hand and cornucopiae in her left. BMC 114. Clay Issue 1. Cohen 80 corr. (omits SEV on the obverse in error). RIC 121. Very rare. Struck on a full flan and with an attractive early portrait. Flan crack and with some roughness on the obverse, otherwise, good very fine.
